Despite last week being a slow news week, we still managed to get some leaked pictures of the next iPhone and a smaller version of the iPad, being dubbed the "iPad Mini". These molds give a reference design for the two devices but they don't tell us much of what we didn't already know - the iPhone 5 will have a larger display and the iPad Mini will be small. We heard another report of an Amazon smartphone, though there are still no concrete details about this device. My guess is that it will be a lot like the Kindle Fire in that it will push Amazon services heavily. Check out last week's episode of PhoneDog Live to hear my thoughts on that. In other news, Sprint is building out its LTE network (finally), Samsung is disabling universal search on the Galaxy S III (find out why), and the Galaxy Note is definitely coming to T-Mobile. All of this and more is discussed in this week's episode of The Dog Pound.
