Two screens or one tablet, the choice is yours!  Aaron reviews the Kyocera Echo, the first dual-screen Android device.  It offers a 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, two 3.5-inch displays, 5-megapixel camera with HD video recording, and a version of Android 2.2 that's optimized for use on both displays.

It's an interesting concept, but without 4G, it's anyone's guess as to whether it'll sell well at Sprint.  Is it the device for you?  We'll figure it out.  Part 1 of 2.

Joseph Segarra I was really wanting to... i really wanted it, but the benchmarks, bloat-ware, and price ruined it. Waiting for Samsung Nexus S 4g now.
Don Kenyon This phone is intriguing. not sure if the APP market can hold up yet.
Michael Aguilar Chas, i get 5mbps down on the edge of the city, get closer to town, ill ill be seeing 8-10mbps; which is plenty fast for me.
Joseph Segarra Did you run the benchmark with just one screen on the Kyocera Echo? Curious if the numbers change. it gets bogged down with two screens im sure
Chas Boss around 1.5 mbs down and 1 up.
Chas Boss no and i don't understand why the 3g by u is so bad by me i get 1around an
Derrick Wimberly Jr. Love the concept but it needs to run more crisp and clean. It needs to be 4G and not be for sprint
Ana Rivas i think im about to buy one.
Scott Showalter It's tempting but I don't trust Kyocera. I'd rather have (and pay for) two other smartphones. I wish Sprint had gone for the iPhone instead of this odd beast. Android devices suck for battery life.
Dane E Wedderburn It's a nice phone, but no. Too much money for a 3G unit.
Pruteanu Dragos no it's a crappy phone
Amanda Sutton Messer No. Google Nexus S 4G when it finally hits Sprint!
Bo Le what a piece of shit lol
Jon Kabat Getting g2x
Jesus McFly That will be a failure from the begining...lets see how long it last in the market place... It is not targeting an specific segment plus I guess it has serious battery problems as it comes with two batteries... Anyway good review guys as usual..
Brad Techwebcast I heart your video on Showyou.
Michael Singer It comes with a nascar app preinstalled + sprint cdma = gay

Nathaniel Newman Not on sprint. But im not thrilled with the design of the screens in tablet mode.
David Reyes Reallyyy???Haha
Jacob Pisano Sprint didn't waste any time it was Sanyo that wasted the time. I think it'll be pretty popular.
Gustaf Heijdenberg No, I am going for the Apple Ipad 2 ;)
Richard Taylor If da phone slides up lyke the epic/shift but instead of the keyboard it revealed the second screen that would be perfect....second screen only needs 3 features keyboard game control and music add 1.2 ghz processor and boom perfect phone n wont look so damn bulky ooo and of course better res on the screen
Dylan Wacker Nah, Imma pass... I just got a TBolt and love it. But this phone is not so great... It would be much better from Samsung IMO. This would be great with minimal bezel (for tablet mode) a SAMOLED, a better hinge, dual core, and thinner body
Rhonda Brown Neal No who would?
Benjamin Padilla No. But... I will mess around with it at the store.
Robert Wernikoff Ok here is the big question. Would u buy the phone? N this is to the ppl that r at phonedog n if u would y?? U guys love asking us questions now its ur turn to be asked. Lol
Christopher Manic Johnson I'd buy the idea, heh. The idea will always be awesome, but the end result at the moment is kinda...eh. I think htc or Samsung could probably do a better job of it.
Robert Wernikoff HELL NO!! I'm waiting for the real powerhouse of a smartphone its called the HTC EVO 3D. The HTC EVO 3D is the best n fastest phone ever made n its even better then the HTC Sensation cuz the HTC EVO 3D has more onboard memory n more to work that beautiful 1.2Ghz dual core processor with. Hell the HTC EVO 3D seems to be the best phone announced so far for this year.

Jeremy Gross No it's going to be discontinues soon
Justin Plecko No 4g = dead end
Sam Rick Help no.what an ugly and stupid phone.
John Zanatta Great concept. I love the tablet/phone option. I think it needs further development. If there were a way to not carry 2 batteries, that would be great. I would consider this as a future option, but not right now. I'm thrilled with the idea though.
Keith Ainsley No. POS.
Tim Gruber I like the concept but it needs better specs
Anonymous sprint screwed up valuable time as far as having the next big thing on the market by putting that out
Battle Tyebrea Nope! It's either the HTC evo 3d or the HTC sensation for me!
