Aaron gets some hands-on time with the Motorola Photon 4G, Sprint's newest Android phone that's coming this summer.  Shown off today at an event in New York City, the Photon 4G packs a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core CPU, 4.3-inch qHD display with Gorilla Glass, 8-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording capabilities, front-facing camera, and Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) with the newest version of MOTOBLUR.  It's Sprint's first dual-core Android device, and with its strong spec list, it should sell well.

Alberto Angel Gutierrez Tostado hell yes for evo 3d hope to have it before my girl is born so i can take 3d picture of her
XR YZ evo 3d 5mp .... thats bad. so old
XR YZ moto
Steve Moore Evo... stupid predictive text...
Steve Moore I thought the question was Evolution 3d or the Photon. No one cares about IOS on here... just sayin'. When they ask a question specific to IOS, me being an Android guy will refrain from talking about Android. Its only fair.
Ryan DeClue I'm actually conflicted on this on. Going to have to have some hands on time with both
Zach Cline Definitely. The evo 3d is going to have horrible battery life just like the original evo. I'm done with android until they focus on better battery life instead of these manufacturers putting out devices every couple of months.iphone 4 for me in november. I know , People will say it's outdated but i don't care. I like it and will be running ios 5 .
Matt Frappier The EVO 3D would be a cool phone, but I know that any 3D capable device will have terrible battery life. (I know because I've seen reviews for the Nintendo 3DS.)
Ali Khan I agree with Tj Allen...
Tony Allen how is this Sprint's first dual-core Android? the Evo3D will be out first? correcty me if I'm wrong.
Erman Guido Neither...
Ali Kalvert Give youtube links not some link to a website where I takes a year to open
Bryan May If I had to choose between those two, it would be the HTC Evo all the way.
Ylla Quezon Pansacula EVO 3d and i already pre ordered <3
Zach Cline Neither.
Dounutz Sesar Its hard to decide.weter i will buy it i have to get my hands on it to try to c if it fits for me u know as a daily basis
Dan Emmelhainz Sensation
Ramon Quintero Well according to phonedogs review there is lag on the phone here and there. But I might have heard wrong.
Jeremy Moe Evo 3D
Perro Rosello if they unnlock the bootloader in the Photon... then yea. Looks better than the evo
Sunny Patel I don't like Motorola's UI, so I guess evolution
Hans Jaramillo @Ramon: It's a dual core Snapdragon. The Sensation lags on webpages, especially with flash content.
Ramon Quintero Does the evo 3d have a tegra2 or a Qualcomm dual core? If its the same as the sensation 4g it will have lag
James NeedthatupOffyou Smith Evo 3d...yea...i need my porn in 3D.lol
Richard Ameen Nexus s 4G
Michael Ruiz EVOOOOOOO
Broderick Whitten Evo 3d easily
Chris Curtis Evo 3D, 1080p video, DLNA HDMI, etc. Still the phone to beat.
Kevin Song i go for the htc!!! besides, photon doesn't really look the greatest compared to htc's evo 3d!!! XD
Xiomara-Rosa Fernandez I just read tht Photon is sprint's first dual core android phone....how can tht be??? Isn't the Evo 3D the first dual core???
Kelvin Reid Motoblur is horrible
Eddie Velasquez If it was stock android yes but blur no
Keisha CouldcarebutDont Blue Im getting the Photon, never once thought about buying the evo3d. tired of hearing the word EVO.
Kelvin Reid Evo 3D
Christina Elena Amaya EVO all the way baby!
Jorge Hugo Galindo EVO 3D nuff said Motorola phones are trash.
Shawn Sato-Veillon BTW, who cares about Sense or Blur, you don't HAVE to keep either. When I get my Proton the first think I'm going to do is root it and get rid of blur and put LauncherPro on it. I'll be watching out for CyanogenMod support too.
Alexander Acosta Del Valle Waiting on the galaxy s2 variant I'm far too used to the superamoled screen
Jonathan Rangel Evo 3D already preordered mine
Kendrick Taylor photon bc cuz it got a 8mp camera n the Styel better.den the 3d
Shawn Sato-Veillon PROTON. Not ready for 3D, and the Proton beats the EVO 3D in every other way.
Carol Conway Fleisher Evo 3d since unlocked
Laura Trujillo EVO 3D!!!
Lee Maxwell It's got amazing specs and it's gonna be easy for developers to root it so it'll get MAJOR rom support. Im no Blur fan so an unlocked bootloader makes this thing a dream, minus NFC support
CJ Ughamba Evo 3D HTC Sense 3.0 is fantastic
Dillon Sappingfield damn i saw sprint ID -_-
TJ Jurado Evo 3D!
Patrick Jackson Jr. If I were on sprint I would go with the Evo 3D. Sense beats Blur hands down.
Danny Damore MotoBlur is such a turnoff
Nathaniel Hull I'm jus glad sprint finally gettn a little variety in high end devices
Nathaniel Hull Id get it cuz I wouldn't want the same phone twice...
Lee Maxwell I think this makes up for the Kyocera fiasco. Terrible name btw but, i'll be buying this one!
Jean Marc evo sense is better than blur
Nakul Nayyar HTC EVO 3D <3
Riley Farris I'd take either one lmao
Edj Enguito i want that one!! hahaha
