Nokia Lumia 1020 Video Review Part 2Aaron Baker - Director, Content and Partnerships
Aaron reviews the Nokia Lumia 1020, the newest member of Nokia's family and a fusion between Windows Phone 8 and Nokia's PureView Symbian line. Available now at AT&T for $299.99, the Lumia 1020 sports a 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, 4.5-inch AMOLED PureMotion HD+ display, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, 2,000 mAh battery, 4G LTE, and Windows Phone 8. It's a nice device and the 41-megapixel camera is amazing, to say the least. Images are incredibly sharp and full of color.
The Lumia 1020 features some great added goodies outside of the 41-megapixel camera, such as Nokia's HERE application suite and a nice accessory ecosystem (wireless charging cases and camera snap-on cases, just to name a couple), but the key issue could be the price. Consumers are used to the symbolic $199 price point - will AT&T retail reps be able to provide enough product education at the time of sale to convince customers to spend the extra $100? Part 2 of 2.
