AT&T has two awesome Windows Phones available right now - they're both under $100, and both pack 4G LTE capabilities.  The Samsung Focus 2 is available now for $49.99 and offers a 1.4 GHz single-core Snapdragon CPU, 4-inch Super AMOLED display, 5-megapixel camera with 720p HD video recording, and a 1,750 mAh battery.  The Nokia Lumia 900 can be had in three colors for $99.99, and sports a 1.4 GHz single-core Snapdragon CPU, 4.3-inch AMOLED display with ClearBlack technology, 8-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and 720p HD video recording, a 1,830 mAh battery, and a polycarbonate shell.

Is the Focus 2 the best bang for the buck, or should you spring for the Lumia 900?  We'll analyze the situation.  Part 1 of 2.
