Not quite a phone, not quite a tablet; the Samsung Galaxy Note is what we call a hybrid "phablet" device, and it's coming to AT&T later in the year with 4G LTE connectivity.  Announced this morning at CES 2012 in Las Vegas, specifications include a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon CPU, 5.3-inch Super AMOLED HD display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, a front-facing camera, Android 2.3.6 with TouchWiz 4.0, and a 2,500 mAh battery to handle the large display.  It's going to be too large for a lot of people, but for others, it could be the perfect bridge between laptop and phone.

Ian Slade 4.3 is more than enough for me
Scott Fier Spec wise its amazing. But do you really want a phone THAT big?
Dan Poller i want to get it unlocked so i could use it on t-mobile..... but to much money!! i need to sell my galaxy s 4g, and work for about 2 weeks and I'm good
Brian Goggins I was going to get it but now that it's at ATT not interested anymore.
Yisa Labi Musty Need the battery for my SGS2..
Shannon Manns I wish that Verizon was getting this. Hands down best phone!
Vincent Lai I would have bought it unlocked for tmobile if it supportrd their 3g aws bands ...
Michael A. Lococo It would be great if it was a Mango phone!
Ryan Anton 4.3 inches: nice 4.5 inches: wow cool 4.7 inches: okay that's a little big. 5.3 inches: Now that's just retardedly big. It's big for the sake of being big
Rafael Almonte Makes me wet my undies
Ernest Marvin Esteban Best phone if you want big screens. I really like it
Trever Pitts That phone jon4lakers on youtube said its the best android phone looks bad ass
Kody Lanes Its funny how people could even mention this and the titan 2 in the same sentence LoL such disrespect Samsung Owns the Market Chumps Get over it!
Kody Lanes Hell yeah!!! It was absolutely the best thing shown at this years CES which is actually kinda sad considering the phones been out over sea's for a few months now but thats not stopping this Epic 4G Touch (GSII) Owner from drooling over this magnificent masterpiece sent straight from the heavens above
Shawn Poling A little to big for me the skyrocket is the right size for me
Eduardo Ordaz It's cool but waiting for the galaxy S3. My mom would want the note but she really wants the epic 4G touch so bad. She hasn't seen the note yet.
Ayoub Hage My hands are big.so perfect for me.
Nelson Pagan helll to the yea
Adan Soriano i want it.
Junkang Xie No the screen size is too big, the biggest for me is 4.3-4.5
Nick Chimento Would want it but the reso on such a big screen wont look good. Just look at the Galaxy Player 5.0 it looks crappy. And AT&T EVEN WORSE. Throw it out to Tmobile and it would be so much better.
Chris Northcutt I want it!
Brad Allison I want to try it but would never buy it.
Richard Ameen Lolol way too big, FAIL
William Smith Yes. Verizon please!
Frankie Mora Jr. If it had ics
Gary Walker Bought 2 in Hong Kong on their release now use in US on AT&T. Great phone, not a fan of AT&T who won't allow it to use 4G because they don't have the IMEI in their system.
Paul Alexandru It interests me a lot ;)
Nick Kathrein Yes. It's very fast. Cyanogenmod 9 will come out for it and the screen is beautiful. So what if you look like a tool talking on it. Use a head set. Bet is da bomb for google nav.\
Anonymous It has a Snapdragon, not Exynos that's in the GSII. This is fail. There's a HUGE different in power and speed.
Jason Dickman Hate samsung!
Travis Todd Absolutely! I love my Infuse 4g and the Note would totally be an all-over upgrade from it
Sterling Jack Yes, sir
Danny Spaide Dude i would totally rock it! I love my sensation, but bigger would be GREAT! and LTE..how can you go wrong..oh ya...two (2) lousy GB of data thats how!!!
Andre C Dyer Hope it comes to Verizon!!!!
Pierce Geoffrey Hohenstein Normally I'm not a fan of AT&T's products. However I may end up succumbing to AT&T's pressure. I love the Galaxy Note and all of it's amazing features. I like Samsung's product line and think it will be a good year for them. The iPhone will have some fierce competition if the don't watch out.
Jeremy Carlton Hell yeah! If it wasn't on sucky ass AT&T!
Facebook user This is the upgrade to the HTC Evo, hahaha.
Arturo Cifuentes It interest me but not alot cause it doesn't have the exynos proccesor. It has the qualcomm processor
Eric Tscherne Before its all said and done with these phone wars Zack Morris' phone in high school is going to be the smallest ...geez
Josh Lazenby Bit too large for my tastes I think.
Juan Jose Rios I want one!
Michael Miller Not with AT&T
Dale Rosier Jr. Yesss. Bring it to tmobile
Guillermo De León No, too big.
Sami Paavilainen i'd like to have one, but can't afford :'(
Nathan Bryant Nice and all but its literally a bigger SGSII. To big for my liking. High Res is cool and all but its nothing new from my Epic Touch, which I gave away. That was an awesome phone. Running with a Galaxy Nexus on big red now. I'll get the GN on Sprint as well ;)
Chris Carrasco It's funny how were slowly going back to having big ass phones lol
Dion Forteau I have been using mine a week now and it's magnificent.
Flako Ramirez Titan 2 n lumia 900
JoeNathan Villanueva It's really just a big Samsung Galaxy typical phone...
Kevin Pizana Nope too big for my taste...
Niko Lapcic Oh yes ! It interests me more than any android device on the market right now. Btw will there be a test on phonedog?
Henry Lum no not really... The HTC Titan II looks interesting though!
Kok Han Chin at least the back cover design is not as flashy as the dell streak. the streak is so glossy and OBVIOUS when you are talking on it
Usman Hafeez Can't wait til this comes to the US. :)
Andrew Finley It interests me in every way imaginable
Karen Hunter Lancaster Yes if free :)x
