Aaron referees a battle between the Samsung Galaxy S II and the T-Mobile G2x, two of the best Android smartphones available.  The Samsung Galaxy S II is available from specialty online retailers from around $750 and offers a 1.2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, front-facing camera for video calling, and Android 2.3 with Samsung's TouchWiz 4.0 user interface.  The T-Mobile (LG) G2x sports a 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 CPU and has a 4-inch display, 8-megapixel camera with 1080p video recording capabilities, front-facing camera, and a stock build of Android 2.2.

They're both fantastic devices, but it boils down to price versus performance.  Which one will go home with the gold medal?  Part 1 of 2.
