Aaron unboxes and does a quick review of the Sprint Samsung Galaxy Nexus.  Barring some minor design changes like darker chrome and a different battery door, the Galaxy Nexus packs the same features as the Verizon version, including a 1.2 GHz dual-core TI OMAP processor, 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD (720p) display with PenTile technology, 5-megapixel camera with 1080p HD video recording, 4G LTE (once Sprint rolls it out), Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), and a 1,850 mAh battery.  It goes above and beyond by offering Google Wallet and Google Shopper.  It's available now for $199.99 with a two-year agreement.

Harrison James No, it is still a great phone.
Sam Zig Zeg Lol Paul. Like I said Android oursells Apple overall in the world. And alot more in the US. No where in my post do I say your country. And from your response I see why you use An iPhone
LaQuise Murphy No i don't think so!
Suzan Thompson Sprint is always to late...I want the Galaxy Note!
Paul Alexandru Sam you're stupid, in my country people use 90% iPhones,
Su Zahir Yeah too late. People are going to be waiting for the new EVO because it has ICS and better camera and Sense 4.0
Kenny Melgar Yes get the Note
Kirk Ngo nope when LTE isnt on
Richard Ameen No. Specs arent everything. The nexus will hold its own against the GSIII. People are thinking the SIII is gonna have mindblowing specs. Doubt it. Itll probably be like the Iphone 4 to the 4S besides the processor upgrade. People always look for the processor and a higher clock speed INSTANTLY means its better than other phones
Ivan Pineiro Not really late because Sprint's LTE isn't even available in most places yet.
Sam Zig Zeg lol Android outsells iPhone 5 to 2 in us. and, still beats them worldwide. also the phone is too late but if they cut the price it will sell
Iam Talat America won't see the gs3 till later this year due to the carrier's wanting their own version and adding bloat ware
Alex Englehart @zach honestly, its all in personal taste... i cant touch a iphone because i need a phone to do what i want it to do and i want to be able to customize it and mod it the way i want to.. as for the gnex, ITS THE GOOGLE PHONE it will be always up to date before any other phone plus it will be getting jelly bean first. as for outselling android, not by much if it is at all... they cant have a one size fits all for phones, some people like the small screen dual cores with touch wiz or sense, some people prefer a LG viper type phone with naked android. i prefer CHOICES not what a manufacture tells me i should have... you need to be informed about phones, if not atleast play with them... hell people still buy the outdated and slow iphone 4, compared to the 4s and sgs2 or gnex THATS dated.
Steve Johns sprint sucks the phone is perfect on verizon
Amie Lee Greenway Depends...is Aaron losing too much weight? Lol
Eldon Ong wait for s3
Sean McGillicuddy Never too late for a great phone. I love the hardware of the Galaxy S phones, but the TouchWiz kills it for me. ICS is beautiful, don't need anything on top of it.
Chris Northcutt The Nexus is just an average phone once ICS updates come out soon. Most people are excited for the new EVO and Samsung Galaxy S3 to come out.
Angel Higuera Sprint needs the Note!
Eduardo Ordaz I agree with Maurice. and plus people dont care about those things they only care about the phone they like and features it has. my mom hasnt updated her bb torch since she got it and and doesnt care.
Octo Verduzco Sprint needs the Note! & im there...
Amie Lee Greenway Yeah basically. It's already lost its flare. Price dropped to $199.99 on Verizon.
Zach Cline I don't care about the hardware . All I care about is that it functions like it should , And it's still outselling android . That's my whole point- There's a new buggy android device out there every week. It is impossible to update them all, And some of them are being launched with gingerbread with the promise they'll get the update to ICS. In the end it's the Android owners that get screwed.
Maurice DeShawn Bass Also iPhone is outdated.. since.. its release date.. check the hardware
Maurice DeShawn Bass Zach - iPhone is one phone .. of course its easier to mass update.. apples and oranges.. get it?
Rani Hinnawi If I was on Sprint, I'd be waiting for the EVO LTE
Victor Cai too late, galaxy s iii kills it already
Zach Cline See that's my thing- I'm not sure if I'll go back to Android seeing as how apple is pretty timely with their updates and generally as a rule , Apple users know when that update is coming which can't be said about android . It's not a matter of being a fanboy as I had the droid incredible, Droid x , And galaxy nexus before the iPhone . I would just rather have something that I know is going to be supported and not outdated in a months time.
Rafael Coreas Nexus who??
Sunny Rattan S3 is getting announced next week... If I was on Sprint I wouldn't do it. Besides, the GSM versions get the updates quicker than CDMA versions of these phones apparently. I know Sprint's version is shipping with 4.0.4, but watch and see afterwards.
Richard Barron Yes, because people are going to wait for the summer phones to come out. & the Galaxy SIII is soon to be out. Also other than ICS the Samsung Galaxy S II is just as powerful & it is due for a ICS update this summer. also if your looking for LTE its prolly not in most peoples neck of the woods.
Jamie Doege i got mine 5 months ago, sold if 4 months ago in the cellphone world thats years ago, so its a fair bit late :P
Zach Cline Ryan the nexus sucks. I had it and went back to my iPhone.
Jay Stax "Sprint has yet to launch their LTE network anyway... so no Win/Loss there" What dimension do you live in sir? Sounds like loads of Fail to me... Yes, this phone is too late, why do you think Google just dropped the GSM Nexus to $399? Inventory push before Samsung annihilates the market with the SGSIII marketing at the Olympics.
Todd Donna It needs better battery life its horrid
Ryan Meyer Even though I have a black iPhone 4S, the Galaxy Nexus really is a sweet phone! It will hold its own against all the other devices...
Mendez Roy I love nexus but is too later for sprint....
Tito Cruz Late? Nah. Considering it is the same hardware (LTE) as Verizon's; Definitely no. I mean, yeah they are "better" and newer devices arriving soon. But Sprint can still benefit from carrying (being the second carrier who officially subsidizes it). That being said, Sprint has yet to launch their LTE network anyway... so no Win/Loss there. :)
Will Kalamaras Seems like it, I had the galaxy s2 before this and am pretty disappointed in the nexus. Gonna be returning it personally
