HOLMDEL, N.J., June 8, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Today, Vonage Holdings Corp., a leading Internet telephony provider in North America, announced the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has concluded their investigation into Vonage's 911 disclosures and compliance, informing the company it will not pursue any formal action against the Company on the 911 disclosure and compliance issues.

In January 2005, the FTC opened an informal investigation into Vonage's 911 and telemarketing compliance efforts. Upon conclusion of the 911 portion of the investigation, the Company is continuing to provide additional information in connection with the FTC's telemarketing review.
