IN-NETWORK CALLING - 8x8 Inc. subscribers get worldwide unlimited In-Network calling to other Packet8 subscribers at no extra charge.

KEEP YOUR NUMBER - 8x8 Inc. offers local phone number portability so you can keep your existing home phone number in most cases.

PHONE ADAPTER -The BPG510  is a phone adapter that eliminates the need for an additional router with their VoIP services.  The BPG510 phone adapter comes equipped with a built-in router. 

TOLL FREE SERVICES - 8x8 Inc. offers toll-free number service for your business or for your personal use. Toll-free number service provides your callers the ability to phone you for no charge regardless of their location inside the US or your location worldwide. Toll free service plan offers you a flat monthly $4.99 fee that includes 100 minutes of inbound toll-free calls and 4.5 cents a minute thereafter for inbound calls plus a $9.99 activation charge.

TERMINATION FEE - 8x8 offers a thirty day trial period to new customers that open their first 8x8 Inc. account.  If you are not satisfied with the services during the Trial Period, you may obtain a refund of the Equipment cost, activation fee, and monthly service fee.  After the Trial Period, if you request to terminate your Voice services within twelve months of the initial purchase, 8x8 shall charge $59.00.  For Video Service plan subscribers who terminate service within 24 months, 8x8 shall charge a disconnect fee of $299.00.    

ENHANCED 911 - 911 services for an additional fee of $1.99 per month.
