Toll-free number service provides your callers the ability to phone you for no charge regardless of their location inside the US or your location worldwide. Toll free service plan offers you a flat monthly $4.95 fee that includes 100 minutes of inbound toll-free calls and 4.5 cents a minute thereafter for inbound calls plus a $9.95 activation charge.
TAXES AND FEES - Packet8 charges a 3% Federal Excise Tax (FET) on the total amount of your bill, so if you make no international (non-Packet8 calls outside the U.S. or Canada), your total monthly bill will be $20.55 on the $19.95 plan.

TERMINATION FEE - 8x8 offers a thirty day trial period to new customers that open their first Packet8 account. If you are not satisfied with the services during the Trial Period, you may obtain a refund of the Equipment cost, activation fee, and monthly service fee. After the Trial Period, if you request to terminate your Voice services within twelve months of the initial purchase, 8x8 shall charge $59.00. For Video Service plan subscribers who terminate service within 24 months, 8x8 shall charge a disconnect fee of $299.00.
ENHANCED 911 - Packet8 currently offers 911 services for an additional fee of $1.50 per month plus a $9.95 activation fee.
PACKET 8 PHONE ADAPTER - The included ATA device allows a regular corded or cordless phone to be plugged-in through the built in phone jack. You can also take your ATA device with you anywhere in the world and connect to any high-speed internet connection while using the same phone number.
