Unlimited Yearly ($199 Year) User ReviewAbsolutely the WORST!!By: Susan Halm on Tuesday, August 28, 2007 From Sunny South (United States) Experience: 2 Weeks Pros: NONE!Cons: Router never arrived, so could not use the service; customer service agents lied or hung up on me; promises made but not kept; entire company stinks to high heaven!Summary: I signed up for yearly service and was duly transferred to VOIP - but my router never arrived, so I could not use the service, and my old company turned off my phone, so I was without phone service altogether. Repeated calls to customer service got me to agents who did not speak good English, who promised me rebates that I was later told would not come, and dates my equipment should show up, and it never did.
