The worst service ever

Summary: We hooked our vonage and had nothing but trouble from day one.Sound would cut out constantly and we would be unable to hear the person on the other end and vise versa .Contacted technical support many times and nothing they did corrected the problem Then to add insult to injury ,they charged almost $100 to close my account !!!! .People do really stupid things and one of them would be to sign up for vonage .

Stay away and don't even think about using them.

VoIP - Did you know?

VoIP services are not yet as reliable and clear as traditional phone systems. If you have a high-speed internet connection with fast upload (256k) and download speeds, then you are likely to be satisfied with VoIP phone service.

While VoIP phone service is an excellent option for some people, we don't feel it is ready to replace most residential or business phones services.
