The Moto X and its siblings have been the focus of much of the Motorola news as of late, but today we’ve got some good news to share regarding their red-eyed Droid siblings.
According to Droid-Life, Motorola is now inviting Droid Ultra and Droid Maxx owners to participate in an update soak test. There’s no word yet on exactly what this new update might contain.
It’s been quite a while since the Droid Ultra and Maxx were treated to new software, with the last major update moving the devices to Android 4.4 in December. That’s why this update is exciting for those Ultra and Maxx-toting Verizon customers. It’s speculated that the update may include a bump up to Android 4.4.2, which would make for an even sweeter KitKat treat.
Are any of you rocking the Droid Ultra or Droid Maxx as your daily driver?
