The iPad Pro will launch online on November 11 and will become available in stores later this week. It’ll be available from Apple and its authorized resellers as well as “select carriers.” As for pricing, the iPad Pro will start at $799 for the base 32GB Wi-Fi-only model. The 128GB Wi-Fi-only version will set buyers back $949, and the top-end 128GB LTE iPad Pro will cost a cool $1079.
Apple will also start selling the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard on November 11. The Apple Pencil is a stylus for the tablet and will cost $99, while the Smart Keyboard is a combination cover-keyboard that’ll retail for $169.
The big feature of the iPad Pro is its display, which measures 12.9 inches and has a resolution of 2732x2048, making it the largest iOS device to date. Apple is touting it as being good for folks that want to create and get things done, which explains the two new accessories launching alongside the iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard. The iPad Pro also has four speakers built into its body that, when combined with the big screen, should make this new iPad nice for consuming content, too.
Now that we’ve finally got an official launch date for the iPad Pro, will any of you be heading to an Apple Store on November 11 to check this thing out?
