The OnePlus X will soon be available in a color that OnePlus is calling Champagne. This version of the X has white front and rear panels and, instead of a silver outer edge, its got golden sides. This Champagne OnePlus X will launch in Europe “soon” and hit more markets (including the US, says Android Authority) later. Pricing will likely be in line with the Onyx OnePlus X, which €269 in Europe and $249 in the US.
It’s worth noting that the Champagne OnePlus X will be available just like the Onyx version is right now. That means that it’ll be available during the weekly open sales on Tuesdays, and folks with a OnePlus X invite will be able to snag one whenever they’d like.
The Champagne OnePlus X is actually already available in China, but it has yet to make its way to any other locales. It’s good to see that that’s changing, because more choice is always a good thing, and OnePlus’s take on the popular gold smartphone trend looks pretty nice.
Do you like the look of the Champagne OnePlus X or do you prefer the Onyx version?
