After treating the OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3 to an Android 7.0 update earlier this year, OnePlus is now prepping an even fresher Nougat update for those two phones.
If you’ve installed a previous Open Beta build from OnePlus, you’ll get this Android 7.1.1 update over the air. If you haven’t yet installed an Open Beta build, you can sideload this new update onto your device.
As for what’s included in the update, there’s a bump up to Android 7.1.1 as well as several photo gallery improvements and bug fixes. Here’s OnePlus’s official changelog for the update:
Key updates in this build:
Upgraded to Android 7.1.1
New Shot on OnePlus wallpaper option
General bug fixes
Known Issues and Fixes
Android pay not able to work on London TFL/Tube
Compatability issues with certain third party apps
There’s no word on when this Android 7.1.1 update will roll out to the general public, but if you’re ok with running a beta build and living with some bugs, you can load 7.1.1 onto your OnePlus 3T or OnePlus 3 by hitting up the links below.
