Google is adding editorial pages to the Editors’ Choice section that’ll include hand-selected apps from Google Play editors. The new Google Play editorial pages are available to both mobile and desktop users in Australia, Canada, Great Britain, Japan, South Korea, and the U.S. They’ll roll out to more countries soon.
The Google Play Store is home to millions of applications, and so it can be overwhelming to try and dive in and find a new app or game to fit your needs. These new editorial pages aim to fix that, giving you a handful of great apps in specific categories along with reasons why that app has been selected, saving you from having to scour the store and download multiple apps just to find the right one.
