Looks like HTC's got something planned for next week.
HTC Taiwan today revealed that it's got something to announce on June 11th. Unfortunately, the company didn't much else about the impending announcement, so it's unclear exactly what HTC has up its sleeve.
There's some speculation that HTC could be ready to launch a new Android smartphone with the model number 2Q7A100. Benchmark test results that allegedly belong to the device show that it has a Snapdragon 710 processor, 6GB of RAM, 6-inch FHD+ display, 3930mAh battery, and Android 9 Pie.
While we are right around one year out from the announcement of the HTC U12+, there have been no rumors or leaks that suggest a new flagship from HTC is right around the corner. So while anything is possible, you may want to start preparing for a new mid-range HTC handset rather than a flagship model.
