RUN AWAY!!! ATT was bad, Cingular is WORSE!!!!

The good: My phone sometimes works to make calls. Data plan pricing is great as long as I stay with ATT....The bad: DROPPED CALLS!!! Poor sound quality and coverage! Customer service stinks! Summary: They updated their data service some time ago, and the V505 I had (lousy phone) stopped working for over a week. They made me BUY a phone that would work if I did not want to wait. Got a V551 (stinks too) and my other V505's did not work for data for an additional 3 weeks!!! Why did I have to pay for a phone that works as advertised? Why did I spend countless hours on the phone with customer service on this and other issues? My contract is up in a couple of weeks...what do you think I am going to do?
