Worthless. Rip off. Frustrating.

I had tf 'service' many years ago, and through strange circumstances, ended up with them again - well kind of signed up with one of their other names a month ago, still don't have the phone, or even a phone number - just lots of run around from their customer 'service' If the phone was free and the service was free tracfone would still be a bad deal.

Bought a Samsong S150G recently from TracFone. It came with a charger and a car charger. But the car charger did not fit the phone. I sent the charger back, requesting the correct fitting charger. Received an e-mail from TracFone, telling me they do not provide car chargers or other accessories, that I should go to my nearest retail store. I live in the mountains and the reason I bought the phone online is because I have no retail stores near by. TracFone customer service has deteriorated since I first bought a TracFone several years ago. Now their customer service gets an F from me.

I bought a tracfone from QVC ..a very good deal. However when it came time to extend my service date, the guy I dealt with gave me a 'SPECIAL'..another year service and adding the fewest minutes possible because I had so many minutes left over for $ 49.99 that would be good until June 2015. So far I have been charged almost $100.00 because he submitted my order incorrectly. They admitted that they know that is the problem, but unfortunately I have to pay it anyway. TRACFONE SUCKS !!!!!!

BEST PREPAID PHONE

I have been with Tracfone for 10 years had 4 different phones 1 free upgrade the other 3 on my own. Never had one problem with customer service, setting up a new phone. Never had one thought about changing. VERY HAPPY

i purchased two samsong s150g phones. I needed to change the date and time to the correct date and time and the only info I can find on any of tracfones websites is menu,settings, date and time format. I don't need to change the format I need to set the correct date and time. this sucks
