The new Liquid M220 smartphone is the first device manufactured by Acer to run on Windows Phone OS. Sporting a 4-inch display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a pixel density of 233ppi, the Liquid M220 breaks expectations. On the inside, the Liquid M220 runs on a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with Adreno 302 GPU and 512MB of RAM. While it has a built-in 4GB internal storage memory, it may still be expanded by up to 32GB thanks to its provision for a microSD card. The Liquid M220 has a couple of cameras built into the device—a 5MP rear-facing camera along with a 2MP front-facing sensor. The back camera comes with auto-focus and LED flash and can even record videos. A Li-Ion 1300mAh battery is available along with the device to help provide it the power it needs. The phone currently runs on Windows Phone 8.1 OS but may soon be available with a Windows 10 update. Color options available with the Liquid M220 include Pure White and Mystic Black.
