The BlackBerry Classic is a reminiscent of the BlackBerry Bold model, one that exudes a sleek sophistication that only BlackBerry can manage to deliver. Bearing a metal frame, the Classic comes with the same physical QWERTY keyboard that makes the brand stand out from its competition. The Classic, however, is the thinnest BlackBerry phone to date—with a weight of only 6.28 ounces. Yet despite this slim stature, the Classic still manages to be equipped with some of the most notable features typical of a BlackBerry device. When it launches, the BlackBerry Classic will run on BlackBerry 10.3.1 OS and operate with a 1.5GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. Unlike new smartphone models, the BlackBerry Classic features a 3.5-inch LCD display with a touchscreen interface. A trackball is available for navigation purposes, while a physical QWERTY keyboard is standard for typing text onto the screen. The internal storage of the Classic is 16GB but can still be upgraded to 128GB through a memory card inserted into the built-in microSD slot. The smartphone also comes with two cameras: an 8MP camera on its rear and a 2MP front-facing camera. Other distinct features of the BlackBerry Classic include HDR, Geo-tagging, and face detection.
