The LG 1010 phone is a stylish successor of the popular Sprint PCS TouchPoint 1100 model. Compared to its predecessor, the 1010 model is noticeably slimmer and comes with a much lighter weight. Built with dimensions measuring 3.35 x 1.75 x 0.83 inches, the 1010 is an easy to carry phone that users can bring with them anywhere. The phone is a lightweight device bearing a weight of only 2.8 oz. As a folder-style CDMA device, the 1010 is equipped with a grayscale LCD display with a screen resolution of 120 x 80 pixels. With a phone book capacity of up to 99 numbers, users can add up to 5 numbers per entry for each name. Typing can be done effortlessly on the 1010’s T9 predictive text entry keyboard with up and down side keys available. The phone comes equipped with a 850 mAh Li-Ion removable battery that provides enough battery juice to each device. With this, the 1010 is able to last up to 2.5 hours of talk time and another 144 hours of stand-by mode. Other features of the phone include its external display, TTY/TDD compatibility, and its Ringer ID. Manufactured by LG, the 1010 remains as a PCS digital-only model.
