The main reason for giving this phone a two star rating is it's limitations. After using the phone for a few days and starting to add the usual apps that you need on a smartphone and the usual regular updates that are added automatically, I realised that this phone is seriously flawed. The 8GB internal storage is almost full when you take the phone out of the box, so I purchased a micro SD card to expand the storage space. which seemed like the perfect solution. Unfortunately most of the pre loaded apps will not transfer to the micro SD card, and there is no option to load new apps directly to the micro SD card, the only option you have is to keep clearing the very minimal space left on the phones 8GB storage to enable apps to be added and updates to load. Had I known this before I bought the phone I would have purchased a phone with 16GB of internal storage as a minimum requirement. I hope this information helps other buyers in making an informed decision before purchasing a new phone.
