Microsoft Lumia 535

Posted on: February 14th, 2015 by

Touchscreen is very hard and insensitive. Even after the update released by microsoft, the touch screen is very bad compared to it's peer phones from other companies. My phone has been in the service centre for over 14 days, awaiting a 'technical diagnosis' to determine 'problems with the screen'. I have met similar people in the service centre who all complained of the same thing! Many handsets are defective too! Microsoft has refused to acknowledge the problem! The services of Microsoft are also horrible! I have had a nokia lumia phone for 2 years and have never had such problems! I used to be a hardcore windows phone fan but this phone has changed it all for me. BEWARE OF THIS PHONE AND THE SERVICES OF MICROSOFT.
