Ring Tones

Posted on: September 20th, 2006 by Zanetta Butler

The good: They sound good when I find one that I like. The bad: This phone doesnt have any good music ring tones at all.Summary: This would a bomb phone if the ring tone software did not stink.

More cons than pros

Posted on: September 5th, 2006 by PRINCELLA BOWLES

The good: I love how you can record anything on it for a few minutes at a time. The bad: This phone constantely cuts me off! Sometimes I think that the person that I am talking to is not responding, when really the phone had cut off in the middle of the conversation. And sometimes it takes four tries before a call will go through.Summary: I fell in love with this phone when I first saw it and now I am very disappointed with the reception and lost calls. It is ridiculous!

Great phone for the price

Posted on: August 17th, 2006 by Joe Ellis

The good: Decent camerainteresting preloaded ringtonesnice screenclear speakerThe bad: Styling a bit blandone programmable shortcut keycalls sometimes get mysteriously quietSummary: I think that this phone is really nice for the price (mine was free with contract renewal). It has a good, loud, clear speaker for ringtones and speakerphone. The ringtones that come preloaded are a bit different from the usual stuff, which was a welcome change for me. The camera takes decent pictures with a good amount of options.I have a few gripes about it though. For one thing, there's no shortcut to set the phone to vibrate like I'm used to with many other phones (ie hold the * for a second, etc). I have to adjust the volume with the side buttons every time I want to set it to vibrate, which is a bit annoying. There's also only one programmable shortcut key that I can tell, and it has a picture on it of what the default shortcut is anyway so setting it to something else doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's a very basic looking phone. It's actually about the same size as my old phone, but for some reason it just looks fatter. I'm not sure how they managed that.Overall, a nice phone if you can get it for free, but if you're paying big money for a phone I'd go with something else.
