The good: nice sizefun ringtonesmany featuresThe bad: none that I can think ofSummary: I really do love my little Samsung compared to any other cell phone that I've owned. I really rely on the daily alarm, one of many of the features that I use frequently. The buttons on it are perfect for my thick fingers...spaced out enough so that I don't have to use a pen to dial with fear that I'll be pressing two buttoms at once. I truly recommend using this model.
