So glad I found US Mobile. I was way over paying on Verizon and ended up searching for a plan that was cheap since I don't use a ton of data or texts. I Switched to US Mobile 3 months ago and haven't looked back!
This phone is beautiful, however it's no upgrade if you've been with Samsung for awhile. This phone isn't better than my note 5. Overpriced for certain. A slimmer design doesn't warrant this price tag. Every update Samsung manages to eliminate the cool features and keep the worse ones like Bixby. Keep the navigation bar color wheel and get rid of these boring pastel colors. This phone is on its way back to the store, not getting stuck with this price tag. Would recommend for someone who never had a decent phone. Samsung suckered me too, after the 7 nightmare I thought this phone would be fire. This note 8 better be super awesome. Overall great,pretty phone that does everything your old phone does.
I cannot give Sprint any ratings they deserve a zero. I want out of this company their customer service keeps you on the phone for 5 to 6 hours for they transfer you to hang up on you they overcharge you this is the worst cell phone company in the world. I have been with Sprint for over 15 years and I do not understand why I have not gotten out yet but I will they are frustrating and cannot understand them
This is the worst network ever! I was with them for less than 5 days and they suck. They make offers and don't fulfil them. Cricket got some representatives that don't know what they are doing at all and when they are called out on it they can't fix what they did wrong. They wanna make you the customer pay for the employees mistake! It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered Do yourself a favor and do not choose Cricket Wireless, anywhere but Cricket.
For the price point this phone is a great buy. Coming from a top tier phone user this device zips through common applications like chrome, Chromecast, YouTube, play music, hbogo with ease. While games heavy on 3d effects will suffer, that is about my only downfall given my experience with the device.

It took three separate calls to finally get taken care of, the first two women dismissed me as quickly as they had picked up the phone. Then I got Brennan she was great and it may have taken us close to an hour to fix my problem but she did it. I feel like although she is just doing her job she made the effort to go above and beyond to fix everything before hanging up. I appreciate it more than she knows. Thank you Brennan!
used and iq shield on my brand new samsung s8 after waiting 24 hours i charged the phone (i thought) turns out it only charged 6 percent in 8 hours. the charge circle had a triangle and water drop on it. . called sprint samsung went to the tech service and all said water damage. their commercials show it dropped in a swimg pool and someone showering with the phone in hand .its a total piece of crap and totally not even water resistant. really bad choice if you work in the trades or vacation near any water. false advertising suit soon .BEWARE SPRINT bad customer service
I had a phone plan with Sprint and i was supposed to be on the iPhone forever plan and when i called and spoke to a representative and advised that i spoken to another rep last month and she advised me that I would be on the plan and that i could upgrade my phone the following montj n when i cheked the account i was in shock that i could not. So i called and spoke to another person and they still would not honor what a representative told me and it was in black and white and they saw the conversation themselves. Sprint is all about getting you in then once they get you the promises that they are supposed to honor they don't.
i love my Samsung galaxy s8+ i recommend this phone to any individual who likes a big screen and also wireless charging, and nice camera.
The very worst customer service I have ever had as well as setting up an account. I've had to speak with one of the C.E.O.'s already which resulted in my account being an escalated account with some unique twists to it... My contract is up now and I'm being penalized for way more than I bargained for and am now being asked to pay over 200.00 in a new plan for three phones... Have already contacted Dan@sprint.com (ceo) and still haven't heard back from him or his team and that's the last person I went too and at such a high level and to call me on a Sunday night to apologize to me about how our account is so messed up... Well now because I was on an escalated account and am waiting for answers from the higher ups I will be charged proration fees... Keeps getting better. My attorney told me to take em to court... Once the CEO called me I decided to not proceed because he was very helpful... Now I am back to the same nuisiance that brought me to the point of seeking legal counsel. Every month there is something wrong with my account and advise and hope you either don't go down this same path or have to deal with what I'm still going through.
Hi, I switch over to boost on July 27,2017, my Daughter and I, I had an issue I went back to boost location 7108 s Wabash, Chicago, il- customer service person the young lady was rude and had no concern about my issue, I had a question about the Google app, she just jump her shoulders and rude and heartless, no worries I will be switching both account back out before the month is out from. I have had the Worse experience with Sprint since I signed up in December. A now Ex-Employee over the phone signed our family up on a plan that expired, sent me the documents that stated Sprints Promise to uphold the unbeknownst to me Expired plan, only to be charged twice the amount on my bill. Their phone customer service is worthless considering they can't speak or understand English, they have no clue how to answer a minor question such as, "Is your corporate store in Springfield?" .... However I will say that Sprint does hire informative and extremely helpful in store managers....Ben Fisher at the Sprint corporate store in Springfield Mo has been a dream for me and has gone above and beyond in helping get my sprint plan correct. Sprint needs to have Ben get a hold of the customer service and manager crew that deals with people calling in on their 1-800 line and teach them basic English and how to actually help with issues with their service instead of creating more issues for them. Hundred millions times i was complain about it, but they always try to look at me stupid. Finally i found out from a European phone repair and technician my type of phone (LG G4) is factory damaged phone this is why I'm having issues with it from the beginning. They charged to this phone that amount every month what they are doing for a regular good phone. My husband phone is also damaged by end of the contract what is always mysterious why is damaging all the phone to my husband by end of our contract. Customer service always try to wash the company clean ( this is them job , this is why they get payed), but it is more than unabashed already. I'm so dissapointed in the company after almost 5years of customer and i never plan to go back. They are always come up with some excuses, because they do not wanna take responsibility. They offered to me 20$ bonus to my factory damaged phone use till 2years , i lost more than 20$ of business because of that issue. I wanna ask. This is what the premium customer deserve ? Really? I don't need a 20$ bonus,I need a normal service and that's it what I pay for!!

I HATE THE FRONT FACING CAMERA! It makes my face very long. My Samsung Galaxy S6 had a way better camera! I'm disappointed. I honestly wish I never upgraded...
Very disappoint I got it as a gift but it is bad quality phone. The screen got stripes all over I can really see good pics, I am going to get a replace phone but anyway when using internet it freezes. The phone look nice and battery is good. I hope the replacement phone do not do the same.
If I could give them a zero star rating I would. If you try and call them to terminate your service they will tell you that you have time go into the store to terminate but then when you go in to the store they can't terminate so they make you do all these turn arounds and make it impossible to cancel your service and if you don't have a phone you can use for their service it's stupid cause then you are basically getting charged for nothing by far the worst customer service if you have the choice to avoid this company do so at all costs they just cause your so must frustration and the employees at the Sprint stores a pile of crap if you come into cancel the service they make you call customer care while they sit there and play on their phone the whole time your waiting which is really disrespectful.
This is the worst telecom company, I do not recommend anyone to share with them, even if they offered you a free line, because then they will steal you by deceiving you and take unwarranted amounts from the start. I do not have an international communication service. From the start, when my son played on the phone and made an international phone call, even though I am not a subscriber to the international call service, they added $ 134 to the monthly bill. When we contacted the customer service, they never helped us and also offered to share with them and take IPhone 7 is free to give them your old phone this offer all Lie with them, and after they did not pay socialist the full amount of the company and the old was vorizen and the old company Talaptna to pay $ 200 increase because the company did not t mobil pay them the full amount
Iv recently upgraded my galaxy note 4 to a s8,first off if you try to use the aux connection "which I do alot",there's always gonna be a horrible static noise unless you go deep in your settings and change a few things,why they made it this complicated idk,second the auto correct is nerve wracking,if I'm trying to find how to spell a word,it waits till I get to the last letter of the word to finnaly pop up on the display,third when driving I like to switch songs on amazon,each time I try to switch a song,I always have to double tap the screen for it to switch,again very nerve wracking while paying attention to road. The reception is decent but could be a lot better.This is the first samsung phone that iv had more gripes than compliments. But oh well in a contract now. Miss my note 4.
