Rarely do I discuss my personal phone preferences, but I'll be completely honest with you - ever since I put my hands on the HTC Desire HD at CTIA Enterprise & Applications last year, I've wanted one.  Pictures don't do it justice - it's an absolutely gorgeous device.  It combines the size and power that EVO users know and love with a svelte, HD7-like body.  I considered purchasing an unlocked one, but after seeing the $800 price tag, decided to wait and see if a lookalike would come to the US.

So as you would expect, I was excited to see it coming to the States in not one, but two flavors - the HTC Inspire 4G for AT&T, and The HTC Thunderbolt for Verizon.  On one hand, those on AT&T FINALLY get a nice high-end Android device, and for those that prefer Big Red over Ol' Blue, the Thunderbolt is on its way.

That said, it's poll time!  Will you be purchasing the HTC Inspire 4G, or are you holding out for something else?  Cast your vote and let me know in the comments!

Russell Hanson I probably will, I love the Inspire! Too bad a can't upgrade until later this year
Mitch Lopez Nooooooooo!!!! I'd rather break contract now than renew and stay with the worst carrier ever.
Tommy Wood ~ Decisions!!!.....Either it's the best to have or the worst to deal with (Too many phones out to choose from!) but Hey, I'll try so currently I have the (Yes!) iPhone 3g & I been holding out for awhile so what would it be?...Well, how about the Capativate or iPhone 4 or this Inspire or the upcoming Atrix !?....Sorry but AT&T is just to weak on their signal and the most expensive (I miss Cingular !!) So how about T-Moble?...Well Samsung fell out the race in my book (Lack of Support !!) and they just don't have the line-up (YET) to get me to sign up with them! And that just leaves Sprint or Big Red so I think I'll wait (Again) to grab something in the summer that's going to have a Big screen that I'm not going to embaressed to look at throughout the day and it's got to be sexy to capture my eye! (Cuz I'm not getting any younger!) also with a great camera and video recorder (Hi-Def) also with a flash (And not just for the camera !!) then how about some good Customer support and a nice strong signal (MOST) of the time!! I know this a bit long but there is much to consider these days as smart phones get....Smarter or least they are suppose to,Right?

Anita Williams-Thomas It's between this phone or the Atrix.. I can't decided but I need an upgrade ASAP!
