HP Veer expected to arrive on O2 Germany in May

Ever since HP announced its three new webOS products last month, we've slowly been hearing rumors and leaks claiming to know when the devices will arrive. First, was the TouchPad and its possible June launch, and today it's the Veer's turn in the spotlight. According to a tweet from O2 Germany, the diminutive Veer is set to debut some time in May. We've heard in the past that it was set to arrive sometime this spring, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the Veer land stateside around May, as well.
The Veer may not pack specs close to its bigger brother, the Pre 3, but it looks like a good choice for folks that want a new smartphone in a smaller, and presumably cheaper, package. Unfortunately, there's been no announcement about which carrier(s) will offer the Veer when it does arrive, but feel free to drop your guesses into the comments below.
