Horrible
By tracy lyon, posted: Feb 4Worse phone service, worse customer service. We had T Mobile for 2yrs with no problems, then we made the mistake of renewing. We have three galaxy 3 we barely get internet on any of them anywhere. I can't get service at my work nor can my husband. I switched sim cards, restart all the crap they tell you to do nothing works. We are paying for internet on three phones that we basically can never use. We have spend over 10 hrs on the phone with their customer service, which is horrible. If you talk to two different people you'll get two different answer. No one there knows what they are doing. We filed a complaint with the BBB and I'm going to file one with the FCC. I've been on the phone with corporate several times, it has gotten us no where. They don't care that we are paying for services we can't use. I want out of the contract without early termination fees and they won't do it. From the start they told us our bill would be $169/month before taxes that was wrong the guy did something wrong, that was the contract I excepted but because you go to the automated system to except there is nothing I can do about it. we had corporate pull the tapes and they said he left out the insurance. I think the contract should be voided there but again no. I am going on every site I can find to write about how horrible t mobile is. I could go on with more of what a horrible company they are but I think this is enough for know. PLEASE! do not go with this company. At my work and my husband's work people with other carriers have no problem connecting to the internet, while our phone spins the word loading forever theirs comes right up. Save yourselves time and aggravation they are horrible is all services. - 1.3 overall
A SCAM
By Devon Haggitt, posted: Jan 31We switched from Verizon to T-Mobile thinking it would save us money, well, it wasn't worth the hassle. After 2 weeks we determined that the signal in our area was too poor for the service to be worthwhile so we sent our phones back within the trial period, following all their instructions. They gave us a refund for the phones, but then sent us a bill for $1000 for terminating our service. now we keep getting collection calls on a bill we don't owe. Needless to say we will never give them another penny of our money!
1.0 overallTHE WORST.
By zonnetje, posted: Jan 29I received a phone that did not work and was told I could get an exchange for $20. That’s pretty tricky business- sell a customer a product or service that’s faulty, then charge them to fix it! Does that make sense? They are CROOKS!!! I have been with T-Mobile for over 8 years. When I first started my service, they were fine. Now they are the worst company I have ever heard of and am confused how they have not been sued. They have the WORST customer service! The WORST! I have been placed on hold for 58 minutes and 53 seconds (I timed it) only to be hung up on! I was told my plan has unlimited data but while traveling my data stopped and a message informed me I would be charged if I continued to use it. I called T-Mobile to figure this out. When I finally reached someone, I was told my data is unlimited in my “network” range, being told as long as I use that feature of my phone (that I PAY EXTRA FOR) at home, my data is indeed unlimited. WHY ON EARTH would I need unlimited data where I live? I don’t need to look up maps or get directions to the nearest gas station IN MY HOMETOWN! And if I did I certainly would be able to use my laptop. If you are reading this, I beg you, for your sanity go with another carrier. Let my misery help somebody. These are only a few examples of how utterly horrible this company is. I could write a novel. But unless you have dealt with T-Mobile, it would seem like fiction.- 1.0 overall
Awful coverage, and extort money from customers when they leave
By Jillian M Reed, posted: Jan 25Company claimed that account that was canceled was not canceled, so they could claim extra money owed. Said Bank would not honor credit card, so late charge accrued. Bank states restriction of card never happened. After being a good customer for years, customer service would not consider possibility of their errors. The whole financial ruse is to extort customers who are going to another vender. - 1.0 overall
WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!
By Kristen Brockmon, posted: Jan 24I have had to file multiple FCC, Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau complaints against T-Mobile. T-Mobile has given me WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD! Customer service is horrible. I strongly recommend never getting into a contract with them.

NEVER go with T-Mobile
By Shani Daigle, posted: Jan 15T-Mobile is the ABSOLUTE WORST cellular company EVER!! Their service sucks and so does their customer service!! How are you a cellular company and can't provide business clients with replacement devices when needed? My phone is not working AT ALL, they don't have any in stock (it has been a week so far) and won't have any for another couple of weeks, can't provide me a sufficient loaner, and won't let me out of the contract!! I have a business to run and I'm losing a lot of clients. This is RIDICULOUS and I am FURIOUS! - 1.3 overall
T-Mobile Customer Service is Unacceptable
By Ron Lloyd, posted: Jan 11I purchased a phone from T-Mobile. The phone I received had a bad battery (i.e. the battery would not charge). The battery even had a dent in it. I figured that quick call to the customer service people would resolve my issue. That was not the case. After putting me on hold for 15 minutes, I was told that it would a $20 processing fee and $7 shipping fee for a new battery. Why did I have to wait on hold for 15 minutes to be told that? What a bunch of jerks. I ended up buying a battery for $9.95 + free shipping from an online source. When my 2 year contract is up, I will be looking for new options. And yes there customer service people are hard to understand. Not so much because of the broken English but because of the pauses in the conversation that occur when talking to someone in India. - 1.0 overall
Nightmare
By Nancy Brown, posted: Jan 8I returned the phone after the second customer service rep by phone, who could not speak clear English, asked me twice if I was calling from the T-Mobile Phone. Now, how in the hek could I be calling from the T-Mobile phone when I told him I was calling because my T-Mobile phone did not work. He also fought with me over the password I gave him, which had been provided me that morning from another rep, who said the original password we set did not work, nor did the Sim Card number match. But the Sim Card came with the phone, so why didn't it work? Who knows. Who cares. Oh, and the final last straw from the second customer service rep. He said since my pin did not work, I would have to go to a T Mobile store. I located one in my area on Google, drove to it, and it did not exist. Enough already. Stay away from T-Mobile. Their ads are slick, their packaging is cool, but bottom-line: Their customer service agents cannot speak English. Why in the name of heaven would a company hire customer service agents who cannot speak and understand English? Why would a company sell phones that don't work? Thank God we did not get in an emergency situation when we needed the phone.
