The good: i have not had any of those dropped calls people talk about, and for the most part i always have a signal.The bad: other companies offer better deals when you complete your contract with them, such as sprint gives new free phones and my sister just got a free line just because she was going to cancel that line, who wouldnt take a free phone and line??Summary: i like my service but if i can get better deals with another company i will switch when contract is up again

The good: phones from this carrier have a lot of cool features-music to download-internet capibility-cameras-The bad: my phone will not work in my house-it doesn't drop calls-you just can't hear unless you are out side also doesn't come with any games which my old model didSummary: while the phone is uptodate-easy to use-has agreat hands free for the car if needed and pretty decant prices-the line at thier store if you have a problem or question has an endless wait time. Also the going out to the garage in the winter to answer my phone stinks!Am hoping the anntena booster will help that.

The good: I can use the phone at home or awayThe bad: sometimes i don't have serviceSummary: I like my verizon cell phone because for the most part i can use it anywhere. I got it when my father was sick and it was very handy no matter where i was family members could get ahold of me. I like it for emergencys if i have a brerak down i can call for help if there is a problem at home i can get a call nomatter where i amwhen i have called customer service they have been very very helpful. I would and have recomended verizon wireless to friends

The good: very little dropped calls and good overall coverage, accurate billing, fair customer serviceThe bad: expensive, must sign up for 2 yrs for any type of discount, choice of phones extremely limitedSummary: this has been our carrier for at least 4 yrs. and they provide very little dropped calls and cover a great deal of territory, but they do not give you a wide variety of phone choice and the Samsung model is junk

Verizon in Charlotte

The good: Much better coverage then SprintThe bad: Still have dropped calls for no reasonSummary: I like my Verizon Cell phone service much much better then my previous provider which was Sprint. I still have dropped calls, but not as many as I did when I had Sprint. Coverage can be spotty on travels in North Carolina.

Don't Sweat IT!

The good: Service is goodThe bad: Verizon did not help me at all with the problem.Summary: Battery went bad. Verizon said it got wet. Only the closest it got to water was my sweat. Verizon would not work with me at ALL. Also charged me for another battery when they said they would NOT. Not happy with product.

Good service with some dead spots

The good: Most of the time the service is greatThe bad: Has too many dead areas close to my home and they don't start free nights until 9 pm instead of 7 pm like most.Summary: I've tried other carriers and will stick with verizon even with the dead spots and late nights.

The good: they have reliable service, if you have a problemwith your bill you can call them and they really try and help you solve it The bad: the service area around here in this county sucks. there are places in Queen Annes county where your call get cut off or there is no service in that area. My son lives 2 miles from me(1 mile as the crow flies)most of the time I have to text message him because I can't reach him on my cell phone in downtown Sudlersville. If I do reach him on the phone, he fades in and out all the time and just hang up and text him. Other days it's as clear as if I'm standing right next to him. I think they reallySummary: Good customer service, their cell phone service is pretty bad. they really need to work on cell phone service. I would change companies but there is so crap you have to go through to do it that it's not worth it

Bad Servie

The good: Free calls to other verizon customersThe bad: i do not get signal at school at the store or at home the screen on my phone is broke and they will not replace itSummary: In summary if you are thinking about geting a verizon phone, take my advice and don't do it. I have had nothing but a hard time with them. And also if you live in a small town like me you cannot get v-cast which i paid extra for this service and when I went to ask for a refund they refused to give me one.
