The T-Mobile Revvl 2 (shown above) and Revvl 2 Plus (shown below) are official, and they're both launching this Friday, November 16. Pricing for the Revvl 2 will be set at $0 down and $7 per month on an Equipment Installment Plan, while the Revvl 2 Plus will cost $0 down and $10.50 per month for 24 months. Full retail pricing will be $168 and $252, respectively.
If you'd prefer to save some cash when purchasing these phones, T-Mobile's got a deal for you. Customers who add a line can get the Revvl 2 for free with 24 monthly bill credits or the Revvl 2 Plus for $3.50 per month with 24 monthly bill credits.
When it comes to specs, the T-Mobile Revvl 2 is packing a 5.5-inch 1440x720 display, 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor, and 2GB of RAM. There's 32GB of built-in storage included, though you can add to it with a microSD card if you'd like. The Revvl 2 is also packing a 13MP rear camera and 8MP front-facing camera, 3000mAh battery, and facial recognition as well as a fingerprint reader for added security. Rounding things out is Android 8.1 and IP52 water and dust resistance.
The T-Mobile Revvl 2 Plus steps up to a 6-inch 2160x1080 screen and a dual rear camera setup with 12MP and 2MP sensors. There's an 8MP frong-facing camera with flash, too, as well as a 2.5GHz octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. A 4000mAh battery is powering the whole package, and the Revvl 2 Plus also features IP52 water and dust resistance, facial recognition, a fingerprint reader, and Android 8.1 Oreo.
Perhaps the biggest upgrade that the Revvl 2 and Revvl 2 Plus have is support for T-Mobile's 600MHz LTE network. This coverage is now available in more than 1,500 cities and towns across the country, and it is better at penetrating buildings and can reach farther than mid-band LTE.
