Sony Xperia Z3 D6603 FCC

We’ve gotten a couple of looks at what may be the Sony Xperia Z3 recently, but it looks like we may not be the only ones.

A new Sony device with the model number D6603 recently appeared on the Federal Communication Commission’s website. There aren’t many details revealed by the listing, but the device’s model number suggests that this could be the Xperia Z3.

The Sony Xperia Z2 carries the model number D6503, so it stands to reason that a Sony device with the identifier D6603 could be the successor to the Z2. Obviously there’s no guarantees about that right now, but with Xperia Z3 image leaks popping up and a possible September reveal fast approaching, it would make sense that the Z3 would be making an appearance in the FCC’s database.

Are you looking forward to the Sony Xperia Z3? What kind of features do you hope to see included with Sony’s new flagship?
