almost useless for phone & data both

After 89 days of not being able to put my name on my caller id the cricket call center (based in Nicaragua, not the US) informed me that's because it takes up to 90 days and they still have 1 day left to do it. So they don't care that I bought the fancy I-phone to use for my business and a pricey pay plan. I don't get to have my name show on the caller id anyway. To top it all off I can't get online or make a phone call from restaurants or other businesses with the I-phone either. Save your money go with a standard smart phone and a different company.

I went to get my phone replaced for the samething I had it replaced for a couple months ago. The headphone jack was messed up and only played music out of one headphone. Last time they replaced it just fine and this time told me I'd have to pay $100.00 to have it replaced. I'v paid more for insurance on the phone then it would take to buy a brand new one. What has my insurance money been going towards?

Best Service sense Verizon

I have been with cricket since 2008; never had a call dropped or issues with my handset. I started with the basic BASIC phone and now have the Black Berry..other than my phone dying completely after a year and a 1/2 the phone itself is fine. I frequent the corporate office for any questions and needs, and the always have the best customer service. In the past year, I have added 3 other lines to my service and no one has a problem (other than they use the internet too much)

ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!

I purchased a phone and it constantly dropped calls - battery died non stop and no one could hear me on the phone. I was told at the time I purchased the phone that if I didnt like it - to bring my receipt and original packaging back to the store and I would get a full refund......lie...lie....lie --- I took it to the store after having it only a couple of days and the Manager (Jalque) would not return anything. He was going to charge me $5.00 for a restocking fee just to bring it back......OMG --- I called Brandon ---- Manager of CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GUESS WHAT - YEAH!!! RIGHT I was told the same thing from him....all this is after I made sure to ask when I bought the phone - could I bring it back and was assured by the store that if I wasnt happy with it I could get a full refund. I recommend that CRICKET shut their doors immediaty. and noone ever buy from them again.

Cricket is a bunch of bullshit and a useless phone company. I tried to add time to my phone and they say they can't do it and I've also had issues with my screen going out. I would never ever recommend them to anyone because they'll just give you a run around.

Biggest Scam

I purchased a phone and service through the Cricket website. They had the phone to me in one day which was amazing, if only it worked.The phone continually freezes requiring a battery removal to restart. I called their support line which is FAR from any kind of service to the customer, and was told that I would have to ship the phone back to them at my expense. I explained that they had to have some way to ship a label for a defective phone return and was told that I should just pay to return it.Hoping that this person just didn't understand what I was trying to explain I escalated to the next level and was told that not only would I have to ship the phone at my expense, but they also would not reimburse me for the time I was unable to use the service.Considering I had the phone less that 24 hours and hadn't been able to use it more than 5 mins I told them I wanted a refund and the service cancelled. I was then told they would refund the phone price once I shipped it back but the service was non-refundable. I am expected to be out of pocket for the price of a month of service and the cost of shipping the DEFECTIVE phone back to them with tracking. Are they flipping serious ?!?!? I was given a number for someone actually in America, that supposedly works in the Cricket corporate office and was only able to get their voicemail which hasn't been answered yet LMFAO !!!!! If you are considering signing up for this service, do yourself a favor and just open the window and throw the money out. At least you can enjoy the bills fluttering in the wind, which is 10 times more fun than this paperweight of a phone has given me.

Bad Customer Service

The signal always sucks, calls dropped, incoming calls not showing up or going straight to voicemail. the music app takes forever to load, if it even loads at all. When I wanted to cancel my service and change my phone number to TMobile (much better signal) I was repeatedly hung up on and there was NOONE that could help me in the Customer Service line. I will never recommend them to anyone in a million years!!

i have had cricket service since 2007, i have always had insurance on my phones, i bought a new phone a few months ago and it is now not working properly, when i called and told them about it they said i didnt have insurance, i told them thats bs that i have had insurance since 2007, they said well somehow in 2011 you no longer had it, that was a mistake on their end obviously, but they didnt do a damn thing about it, so now i have a new phone that is broke, and cant do anything about it....nobody can hear me talking on the phone so i took it to a corporate store they called my phone and said that they could hear me but i sounded a bit muffled, so they said they couldnt do anything about it....nobody can hear me when i call them or they call me, this is crazy, they wont do a damn thing!!!! and not to mention, they dont even speak freaking english!!!! im fed up and looking for a new phone service, they are going to lose alot of business, i have 2 accts and my sister in law has 5 and we are both going to shut our cricket service off when we find a new plan.... i dont recommand them to anyone, they are a hugh rip off and dont help your problems or solve them at al!!! the only reason why i have kept them for so long was because it was the cheapest place that i could find at the time,they are nottttt worthhhh itttt....total rip off!!!!!

Worst company ever!!!!

Bad bad just bad service.. Cricket does not deserve to be a company. Constant dropped calls. I call Canada and other places and if I am on the phone for over 30 minutes, the call automatically drops if long distance. It takes forever to place a call without it dropping first, you can't get to a live agent without them hanging up and saying goodbye before resolving an issue, the phones are worth crap, the bridge pay agreement sucks, if you don't pay on time they automatically shut off your phone, this company is worth garbage. IF YOU WANT JOBS TO COME BACK TO THIS COUNTRY, DON'T SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.. The service is deplorable. Absolutely horrible horrible customer service, those people are mainly in India and The Philippines and could barely speak English; outrageous number of dropped calls and poor service, the phones are crappy,

Worst experience of any cell phone company. Out and out lied to me that the phone I was buying had web service and then sold me a plan for web service. I was promised that they could port my old number ....WRONG. I was promised a 30 day money back guarantee, WRONG. I am now out for the cost of the phone AND data plan and haven't even used the phone once. oh, and now have shipping charges to send it back. No offense to the people of Malaysia which is where the call center is I believe....couldn't understand a single word of one person and kept calling back until I found someone I could understand. If anyone wants their corporate phone I was told it is 858- 882-9926. Address is 1818 Marron Road, Carlsbad, CA 92008. I am also contacting the attorney general to make a complaint. If enough people do, maybe the gov will do something about it.
